About the role
- Make 60–70 high-quality outbound calls per day to prospects and customers.
- Responsible for maintaining responsiveness to incoming landlord inquiries and act as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver a compelling pitch to promote Furnished Finders listing services.
- Manage a high volume of leads with efficiency and urgency.
- Document all activity in the CRM and track engagement success rates.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through short, consultative calls
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up diligently.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs.
- Promote premium features and upsell value-added services when applicable.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience (transactional or inside sales preferred).
- Comfortable in a high-volume call environment.
- Clear communicator with excellent phone presence and active listening skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong internal drive and sense of urgency.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team.
- Education & Experience High School Diploma or Associates Degree required.
- 1+ year in sales, onboarding, or customer engagement roles.
- Experience in real estate tech, SaaS, or platform-based sales is a plus.
- Skills English level required C1 (is a must) Persuasive communication and negotiation
