Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure working hour conditions, overtime, and shift structures are correctly applied across the organization, covering all applicable roles and employment arrangements, and aligned with internal policies and local labor regulations
• Analyze labor cost trends, payroll expenses, and budget variances
• Investigate payroll discrepancies, reconcile workforce data across systems, and coordinate resolution of exceptions before payroll processing
• Perform absenteeism analysis and assess operational and financial impact
• Prepare workforce-related operational and financial reports and dashboards
• Consolidate and validate sales performance data for commission reporting
• Provide leadership with strategic insights on workforce optimization and cost control
• Review and approve payroll reports for payment, as well as other financial reports assigned by the Finance Controller (Note: This role does not perform payroll calculations or execute payments)
