• Deliver a compelling pitch to promote Furnished Finders listing services.
• Manage a high volume of leads with efficiency and urgency.
• Document all activity in the CRM and track engagement success rates.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through short, consultative calls
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up diligently.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs.
• Promote premium features and upsell value-added services when applicable.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback.
