About the role
- Develops solutions efficiently and effectively using available software tools
- Collects and analyzes data for import into the SIS using SQL/T-SQL/Access and Excel
- Troubleshoots application support issues using transactions, history, and logs
- Performs data analysis and database adjustments for clients as needed
- Creates and supports baseline and forms-based custom reports using HTML and CSS
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential problems
- Works within a structured repository deployment environment
- Stays up-to-date on SIS platform technologies and shares knowledge
- Performs a wide variety of technical functions for the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical environment
- 2+ years of data analysis experience desired
- Experience writing basic SQL queries is required
- Experience with HTML and CSS is required
- Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to resolve complex problems under pressure and in stressful situations
- Excellent time management and project prioritization
- Strong collaboration skills with other teams
- Demonstrated initiative, dependability, flexibility, creativity, and customer focus
- Highly analytical with great troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
