To diagnose faults, make repairs and to replace modules on ATM’s, EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, kiosks, and associated peripherals.
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights.
May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods
Requirements
A Full UK, manual driving license is mandatory
Experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Experience preferred with Windows operating systems
Experience preferred in general PC hardware and software maintenance
Works well with minimal supervision, good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly with the ability to work under pressure
High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills required
To be flexible with working shifts as you will be required to work early and late shifts including some weekends and rotating shifts
