About the role
- Advise finance professionals (middle management through C-suite) and customize their Datarails platform
- Train customers on product updates
- Understand client situations; simplify models and existing data
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial modeling, reporting)
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data to improve quality of customer care
- Recommend process changes to optimize procedures and outcomes
- Build long-term strategic relationships, gather requirements, and provide financial reporting support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (engaging with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance)
- Comfort with upselling and renewal conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Eligible to work in the UK; no sponsorship or relocation assistance available
