Diagnose faults, make repairs and replace modules on ATMs, EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, kiosks, and associated peripherals
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Ownership of customer problems or incidents until resolved to the customer's satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements
May require prolonged travel and carrying/ lifting of tools/parts; company vehicle and tools provided
Provide customer-facing service, working under minimal supervision and collaborating with customers to resolve issues
Required to work flexible shifts including early/late shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules
Requirements
Full UK, manual driving license is mandatory
Experience preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge
Experience preferred with Windows operating systems
Experience preferred in general PC hardware and software maintenance
Works well with minimal supervision; good problem-solving skills; ability to pick up new skills quickly; ability to work under pressure
High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-facing relationship skills required
To be flexible with working shifts; required to work early and late shifts including some weekends and rotating shifts
May require prolonged travel; carrying and lifting toolkit/parts of varying weights; physical demands (bending/squatting, walking/standing/sitting for prolonged periods)
