Product Specialist

• Lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences
• Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations for late stage and enterprise opportunities
• Maintain strong industry knowledge of Salesforce and AWS to inform demonstration strategy and speak credibly to platform architecture with prospects
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments
• Own and continuously maintain a designated Subject Matter Expert area, sustaining deep, current expertise in the assigned line(s) of business and serving as the definitive authority for that domain to both internal teams and prospects

• Serve as the driving force behind AI adoption within the nCino platform and across pre-sales processes, championing Intelligence Everywhere capabilities in prospect demonstrations and embedding AI-driven efficiency into the team's demo, discovery, and enablement workflows

Principal Product Specialist

Backend Engineer

• Leads installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
• Senior member within team supporting clients with managing initial access, map, and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
• Troubleshoots complex client issues as they arise.
• Dynamically solutions using Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools when configuring or extending nCino, as well as articulates trade-offs.
• Significantly influences fit/gap, as well as provides detailed LOE for all configuration and custom options based on hands-on experience or proof of concept (POC).

• Own and grow an existing book of business within the Farm Credit vertical, with a focus on account expansion, pipeline management, and long-term relationship health across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and close growth opportunities within named accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Operations.
• Navigate Farm Credit organizations effectively, understanding cooperative governance structures, and identifying opportunities to extend the nCino solution across business lines.
• Apply a consultative sales approach grounded in deep knowledge of the Farm Credit System, FCA regulatory requirements, and ag-specific concepts including crop cycles, FSA programs, and commodity-driven credit risk.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive upsell and expansion while supporting customer satisfaction and long-term reference ability.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships independently, engaging senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and presence.
