Enterprise Account Executive, CEE

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead net-new sales growth across the CEE
- Build and manage a pipeline that exceeds targets
- Challenge prospective customers to think differently
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Partner with internal teams for market presence
- Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts
- Serve as the face of nCino in CEE
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives
- Consultative, insight-led sales approach
- Collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel across the CEE region
- Fluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plus
