About the role

  • Champion the Comcast Business Portfolio: Educate and enable national channel partners to effectively position and sell the full suite of Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global products and services to their enterprise end-users.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets by activating and expanding relationships with TSDs.
  • Strategic Partner Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that align with quarterly and annual sales, marketing, and operational goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead regular business reviews and operational check-ins to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver impactful training, tools, and resources to empower partners to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel visibility through Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product installations, from order acceptance to post-sale support.
  • Be the Voice of the Partner: Serve as the primary liaison for all sales-related partner needs, advocating internally to drive results.
  • Be the Comcast Business Liaison in the relationship with the TSD field sales teams, selling partners and Comcast Business.
  • Consistently using exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance that help grow our relationships in the field.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in indirect channel sales, with a proven track record of success working with indirect partners, specifically TSDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and business technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM/reporting tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree; While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
