About the role Lead Major Industry Events – Plan and execute national and regional conferences, trade shows, and sponsored activations (e.g., RSA, Black Hat, Palo Alto Ignite, FS-ISAC) End-to-End Ownership – Drive strategy, budget, booth logistics, speaker coordination, content tie-ins, on-site operations, and follow-up Sales Alignment – Partner with sales leadership to secure territory buy-in and align pre- and post-event plans for maximum impact Partner Collaboration – Manage co-branded activations with key partners, including booths, happy hours, and joint promotions Campaign Integration – Work with the digital and content teams to tie events into broader demand generation and ABM campaigns Reporting & ROI – Lead post-event analysis, measuring performance against KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI to inform future investments Budget Management – Own the NA conferences and trade shows budget and manage vendor negotiations Internal Event Support – Shared responsibility with peer Field Marketer to assist on internal events like SKOs, QBRs, and team off-sites Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with content, product marketing, sales, and SDRs to ensure events are leveraged across the funnel Requirements 2+ years of field marketing experience with a focus on national conferences and trade shows (cybersecurity experience a plus) Proven success driving integrated event strategies tied to demand generation and pipeline growth Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, partners, and external vendors Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and vendor/agency management preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence when representing Zero Networks Willingness to travel 25–30% as needed for conferences and event execution Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
