About the role
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Universal Ads platform focused on API-driven solutions
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and implement scalable advertising solutions
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Universal Ads marketing API
- Translate client needs into product features and API capabilities; influence product direction with real-world feedback
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify advertiser workflow issues and collaborate on scalable solutions
- Serve as a technical expert during pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing support; help clients integrate with platform APIs, implement pixels/tags, and set up data feeds
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 10 Years + relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or combination of coursework and experience; Comcast may consider extensive related professional experience
- Skills: Advertising Technologies; API Development; Python (Programming Language); Solution Engineering; Technical Account Management; Technical Problem-Solving
- Ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Universal Ads platform
- Ability to translate client business requirements into technical designs and scalable integrations
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
