Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.
Territory development, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance customer communications.
Effectively manage territory with a comprehensive business plan and consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Team with technical, customer service and support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services; achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives; adhere to company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred; Comcast may consider applicants with combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience)
Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years
