About the role

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Territory development, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance customer communications.
  • Effectively manage territory with a comprehensive business plan and consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Team with technical, customer service and support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services; achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives; adhere to company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred; Comcast may consider applicants with combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience)
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years

  • Experience selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
