About the role
- Manages daily activities for programmatic monetization of Xumo video app and device inventory, including traffic and report analysis, troubleshooting, and partner/platform support.\n
- Creates and analyzes technical and financial reports and metrics to maximize opportunities for budgets of Xumo and OEM/content partners.\n
- Supports Sales by providing technical knowledge and ensuring resources for Advertising Sales teams.\n
- Analyzes operations to ensure operating standards are met and develops performance standards.\n
- Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.\n
- Plans daily activities, assigns tasks, and ensures policy compliance.\n
- Maintains financial reports including revenue, forecasting, and budget.\n
- Facilitates Sales material and resource needs by researching and communicating technical capabilities and solutions.\n
- Utilizes core Programmatic protocols and data enrichment; gains expert knowledge of SSP and DSP platforms to maximize revenue via partner collaboration.\n
- Monitors inventory and recommends strategy; coordinates ad packages and options.\n
- Interfaces with Ad Sales and other departments to coordinate ad packages.\n
- Maintains responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders; implements policies and procedures.\n
- Requires regular attendance; may require nights, weekends, and overtime.
Requirements
- Programmatic Advertising experience\n
- Experience with advertising platforms with strong relationship/partnership ability\n
- Ability to understand and utilize business reports and analytical data to support sales initiatives\n
- Bachelor’s Degree\n
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience\n
- Knowledge of core Programmatic protocols such as VAST, oRTB, privacy protocols, and data enrichment\n
- Deep understanding of SSP and DSP platforms to maximize revenue through partner collaboration\n
- Ability to monitor inventory and coordinate inventory access for PMP deal opportunities\n
- Availability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary\n
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Ad Sales and other departments
