Oversee full workstreams or medium-large scale projects across multiple programs and locations.
Drive planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and production releases to deliver product roadmaps.
Provide technical guidance, monitor progress, and align execution with program goals.
Plan, execute, and oversee projects to meet budget, scope, and schedule.
Coordinate resources and manage project teams; coordinate with multiple dependent teams across time zones.
Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Consult stakeholders and keep them informed about project status, risks, and issues.
Mentor and coach junior team members, Leads, and Project Managers; assume Program Manager responsibilities when required.
Drive process enhancements and advocate continuous improvement of Agile best practices.
Facilitate requirement analysis/grooming for feature enhancements and changes to existing products.
Provide project metrics and timely reports; use Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) to drive software product development.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computing or Information Technology/Management; Master’s in Computing, Business Administration or Project Management preferred.
More than 10 years of experience in software development projects with at least 6+ years as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
