About the role
- Analyze residential revenue performance and identify key trends and drivers
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning
- Prepare and present reports that support strategic decisions and business objectives
- Collaborate with business partners to align financial insights with operational goals
- Continuously improve reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports
- Conduct financial research, analyze performance against objectives and determine emerging trends
- Maintain statistical/financial databases
- Perform additional Business Operations duties as required
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis (Relevant Work Experience 2-5 years)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with tools like Essbase, SQL, or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
