- As HR Data Analyst, drive operational insights, master data expertise, and deliver solutions to senior leadership focusing on Compensation Programs.
- Lead market data analysis, participate in annual survey submissions, build models and analyses related to compensation programs, and maintain reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology industry, compensation, consulting, finance or a similarly applicable field
- Efficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Knowledge in relational databases, SQL, Tableau
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation
- Project management skills to drive small to midsize projects from inception to delivery
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, or related experience
