About the role
- Partner with GTM leadership to maintain monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts
- Conduct monthly budget vs actual variance analyses to share results and actionable
- Develop a deep understanding of the GTM Engine, including Sales capacity and productivity, Marketing ROI, hiring, reporting and ARR analysis
- Assist in modeling, developing, reporting, and automating key SaaS performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to help drive revenue and optimize efficiency
- Assist with the preparation of external materials, including quarterly financials, key metric datasets, and other ad hoc investor requests
- Create, maintain and review complex financial models in excel/gsheets
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation to streamline current processes across the company
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance related field (FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting) with exposure to Accounting or Corporate Finance concepts through direct college coursework or work experience.
- Experience with SaaS metrics and GAAP accounting concepts
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; hands-on experience necessary in NetSuite, Salesforce; Pigment experience is highly recommended
- Problem solving/analytical mindset, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Knowledge of SQL, and experience in technologies like Snowflake or Tableau is an expectation
- Excellent verbal and written skills. You collaborate effectively with other teams and communicate clearly about your work.
