About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote Nayax products and grow revenue from Chinese OEM customers
  • Drive sales in the OEM segment and champion customer success and retention by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Explore sales targets across industry verticals, stay updated on industry trends, and provide market feedback to the company
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong prospect list and develop close relationships with key customers
  • Support the organization and execution of events and trade shows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, customer success, and sales operations
  • Coordinate with global teams for joint initiatives and partnerships
  • Report directly to the General Manager of Nayax China

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology Management (MBA is a plus)
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience
  • Background in the payments industry highly preferred
  • Deep experience in B2B solution selling, preferably payments or IoT sectors
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Technically adept; ability to assist customers through complex technical processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Familiarity with global corporate environments
  • Problem-solving orientation and customer-success focus
