About the role

  • Strategic delivery role connecting backend developers, frontend teams, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Manage two backend development teams and steer delivery of software platforms powering next-gen EV solutions
  • Remove blockers, align roadmaps, and communicate clearly to keep projects moving
  • Lead sprint planning, define KPIs, perform risk mitigation, and orchestrate cross-team delivery
  • Operate in a global delivery setup spanning Poland, Portugal, Italy and Greece
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with transparency and proactive problem-solving; not writing code but speak the language of developers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum)
  • Proven success in delivering backend/platform projects in complex, international environments
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Skilled in reporting, visualizing, and communicating delivery progress
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent English
  • Naturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented — without needing daily supervision
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with backend systems in mobility, automotive, or IoT
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience leading delivery in a multi-country distributed environment
  • Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with sprint/PI planning tools and reporting dashboards
  • Nice-to-haves: Understanding of system architecture (enough to follow technical discussions)
