About the role

  • Continuously seek improvements and apply Lean Management methodologies.
  • Integrate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements into project management, promoting sustainable project execution.
  • Review offers for compliance with requests and identify/resolve inconsistencies or deviations in collaboration with clients.
  • Negotiate increases/decreases with the client. Prepare, and after approval by superiors, send supplementary claims.
  • Clarify discrepancies between specifications and offer descriptions with the client.
  • Compare orders and offers, document deviations. Update project status, prepare for, and participate in project reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in managing projects or sub-projects in plant construction, preferably turnkey high-voltage switchgear and substations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-voltage substations or similar fields.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
  • German language skills are advantageous.
  • Certified Project Management through PMI, IPMA, or equivalent is desired or already achieved.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and a high local project component.
  • Expertise in team building, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Experience in managing projects with high financial, technical, and commercial risks.
  • Willingness to work short-term at various locations or construction sites and to travel within Europe and globally.
