Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in managing projects or sub-projects in plant construction, preferably turnkey high-voltage switchgear and substations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-voltage substations or similar fields.
Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
German language skills are advantageous.
Certified Project Management through PMI, IPMA, or equivalent is desired or already achieved.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and a high local project component.
Expertise in team building, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
Experience in managing projects with high financial, technical, and commercial risks.
Willingness to work short-term at various locations or construction sites and to travel within Europe and globally.
