About the role

  • Part of an account team working closely with a small number of industrial enterprise customers
  • Create awareness of NavVis Digital Factory SaaS among enterprise customers via customer-specific marketing activities
  • Enable customers through webinars and on-site trainings to use the NavVis solution fully
  • Drive value through use-case adoption, workflow consultation, and clarifying ROI and value proposition
  • Support NavVis Connect community program in the US to facilitate customer exchanges
  • Orchestrate cross-functional activities required to optimize NavVis IVION digital factory solution
  • Ensure solution availability by identifying bottlenecks and managing resolutions with technical support teams
  • Thought-partner with customers to share industry best practices and drive implementations within NavVis

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Pre-sales, Technical Account Management, or Consulting focusing on enterprise customers
  • Empathy and a client-first mindset
  • Remarkable problem-solving and consultancy skills
  • Structured and organized professional approach
  • Full ownership for own accounts and proactive attitude to introduce best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across disciplines
  • Experience working with digital factory solutions, 3D laser scanning hardware, and/or IVION enterprise software (product familiarity)
