Support Navitus' client acquisition and retention efforts by drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences
Perform sales support activities including project coordination (planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reporting
Utilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure written deliverables demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions
Proficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of business units' target markets and trends and how products/services are utilized
Utilize strong project management skills to initiate, collect, and deliver on analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong time management by developing and adhering to stringent timelines
Support proposal content management and department processes to keep materials current and competitive
Contribute to departmental efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining processes
Report to the Manager or Sr. Manager, Proposals and interface with various individuals throughout the organization

Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or commensurate proposal management experience required
Writing samples and writing test required
A minimum combination of two years’ experience writing creative, concise, strategically correct, and persuasive proposals
A minimum combination of two years’ experience developing and implementing complex winning business strategies while incorporating a consultative-sales approach
A minimum combination of two years’ experience delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment with tight time frames and strict deadlines
A minimum combination of two years’ experience in strategic proposal content development and project management or similar related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced level
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
