About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz International brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) in-store
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate issues with management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of primary location: White River Junction, VT (Secondary location: New London, NH)
- Schedule availability required: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
- Ability to use iPad Tablet to order products and capture pictures of displays
