About the role

  • Lead all assigned clients through the application and introduction of a Navia benefits plan.
  • Instruct all assigned clients on the regulatory and operational nature of their benefits.
  • Audit the technical setup of customer information in Navia applications prior to the clients go date.
  • Ensure all related emails are sent to the client in a timely manner and saved in the appropriate location.
  • Ensure all related documents and files are received from the client and follow up weekly until received prior to the go-live date.
  • Ensure all tracking is up to date in SalesForce on a daily basis.
  • Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ensure all debit cards are functioning as planned immediately after the go-live date.
  • Ensure all participant communications have been sent to participants prior to the go-live date.
  • Complete the planning, auditing and migration of data for all assigned clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, sales support, account management).
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide leadership and guidance to both Navia and customer resources.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to lead customers through demonstrations and usage of transactional Web-based applications.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours; manage tracking in SalesForce daily.
  • Ability to audit technical setup and manage data migration.
