• Launch, build, and grow the North Texas territory (Dallas, Waco) through strategic planning and disciplined execution
• Take full accountability for territory performance, including strategy development, customer engagement, and follow-through

Sales Representative

Medical Director

• Serving as Medical Director, leading our clinical operations, evidence generation, and provider engagement and education efforts.
• Overseeing our clinical operations team that plans and executes all clinical studies.
• Leading evidence generation team that develops, publishes, and promotes scientific evidence for NavDx.
• Partnering with stakeholders to provide evidence-based education on the clinical benefits of NavDx testing.
• Creating multi-year evidence generation roadmaps aligning with the Company’s strategies.
• Directing development of clinical strategies for integrating Naveris’ technologies into standard practice.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinical project plans with milestones and reports.

Digital Marketing

• Shape and execute the digital marketing roadmap for both direct-to-physician and direct-to-patient initiatives.
• Launch and optimize integrated digital campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, and search.
• Work closely with internal team and agencies in the creation of creative assets (emails, landing pages, ads, infographics, videos).
• Measure campaign performance and ROI, building dashboards to track campaign engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize creative, targeting, and channel mix to improve efficiency and impact.
• Lead campaign development, build-outs, execution, and reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engage.

Digital Marketing Associate

Director

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reimbursement strategy focused on securing VA and Government coverage and expand utilization in those key markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales and Clinical Operations teams to create compelling evidence, value propositions, and programs that drive account favorability.
• Present evidence to accounts and negotiate agreements while representing account perspectives within the company to inform evidence generation and optimize relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to align clinical development and product positioning with reimbursement goals.
• Contribute to health economics and cost-effectiveness studies, ensuring alignment with Government account requirements and market access objectives.
• Monitor policy changes and industry trends, contributing to the development of best practices for reimbursement strategy within the organization for VA and Government Account and payers.
