About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive new and existing account growth
- Educate customers on product clinical value, safety, and indications

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in healthcare sales
- 5+ years in a start-up environment (preferred)
- 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to healthcare providers treating cancer (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience launching new LDTs and managing large, multi-state territories independently
- Demonstrated success in complex and strategic sales processes
- Knowledge of complex selling methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman)
- Successful engagement with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Otolaryngologists, and Colorectal Surgeons
- Strong relationships with key academic centers
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau for data analysis
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
