Account Manager

• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction
• - Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience
• - Identify new business opportunities, actively participate in the planning and strategy execution on expanding the company's customer base
• - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
• - Act as an ambassador for the company and its services, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner
• - Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required
