About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction
  • - Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping, Technology or a related field
  • - Experience in the maritime industry and the related regulatory environment
  • - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, as well as generate sales
  • - Ability to act as an ambassador for the company, representing our brand and values
  • - Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage workloads and set priorities effectively
  • - Fluent in English
  • ** Great to have:**
  • - Εxperience in B2B sales and/or Maritime SaaS sales
  • - Understanding of maritime operators, crewing managers and DPA roles
  • - Awareness of quality control systems and performance management frameworks
