About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction
- - Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience
- - Identify new business opportunities, actively participate in the planning and strategy execution on expanding the company's customer base
- - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- - Act as an ambassador for the company and its services, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner
- - Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping, Technology or a related field
- - Experience in the maritime industry and the related regulatory environment
- - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, as well as generate sales
- - Ability to act as an ambassador for the company, representing our brand and values
- - Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage workloads and set priorities effectively
- - Fluent in English
- ** Great to have:**
- - Εxperience in B2B sales and/or Maritime SaaS sales
- - Understanding of maritime operators, crewing managers and DPA roles
- - Awareness of quality control systems and performance management frameworks
