About the role

  • You manage and develop your customers in the FMCG market such as Rewe, Edeka, and the Markant Group.
  • You continuously develop your sales territory to sustainably increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and continuously identify market opportunities.
  • You sell our products and concepts and present our assortment.
  • You consistently expand the distribution and shelf space for our premium products.
  • You provide professional advice to your customers on our sales promotion materials.
  • You attend trade shows and exhibitions and professionally represent our company on site.
  • You actively secure orders and ensure smooth processing.
  • You handle complaints professionally, with a solution-focused and customer-friendly approach.

Requirements

  • You have several years of field sales experience with a brand manufacturer or in the FMCG retail sector, ideally in the food or OTC (over-the-counter) area.
  • You are results-oriented, a strong communicator, and confident in negotiations.
  • You bring flexibility, perseverance, and optimism to successfully manage a variety of tasks.
  • You enjoy traveling, ideally live within your sales territory, and are willing to stay overnight occasionally.
  • You hold a valid driving license (Class B).
  • You proactively and persistently (in a friendly manner) approach customers and enjoy sales and building long-term customer relationships.
  • You actively maintain and expand your network with decision-makers in retail.
