About the role

  • Manage and develop customers in the FMCG market, including accounts such as Rewe, Edeka and the Markant Group.
  • Expand and develop the sales territory to increase sales, profitability and market share.
  • Acquire new customers and identify market potential.
  • Sell products and concepts; present the product range.
  • Expand distribution and shelf space for premium products.
  • Provide professional advice to customers on sales promotion materials and monitor market changes and competitor activities.
  • Support and attend trade fairs and industry exhibitions.
  • Actively obtain orders and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements

  • Several years of field sales experience with a branded goods manufacturer or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC sectors.
  • Results-oriented, strong communication skills and confident negotiator.
  • Flexible, resilient and optimistic to successfully handle a variety of tasks.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid driving licence class B (car).
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for sales and building long-term customer relationships.
