Expand and develop the sales territory to increase sales, profitability and market share.
Acquire new customers and identify market potential.
Sell products and concepts; present the product range.
Expand distribution and shelf space for premium products.
Provide professional advice to customers on sales promotion materials and monitor market changes and competitor activities.
Support and attend trade fairs and industry exhibitions.
Actively obtain orders and ensure smooth order processing.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements
Several years of field sales experience with a branded goods manufacturer or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC sectors.
Results-oriented, strong communication skills and confident negotiator.
Flexible, resilient and optimistic to successfully handle a variety of tasks.
Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays.
Valid driving licence class B (car).
Commitment and enthusiasm for sales and building long-term customer relationships.
