About the role
- Manage and develop your customer accounts in the FMCG market, including major retail chains such as Rewe and Edeka
- Continuously develop your sales territory
- Acquire new customers with a focus on profitability and continuously identify market potential
- Sell our products and concepts and present our product range
- Consistently expand the distribution and shelf space for our premium products
- Provide customers with expert advice on our sales promotion materials
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions and professionally represent our company on site
- Actively secure orders and ensure smooth processing
- Handle complaints professionally, with a solution-oriented and customer-friendly approach
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience with a branded goods company or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC sectors
- Results-oriented, strong communicator, and confident negotiator
- Flexible, persistent, and optimistic
- Enjoys travel, preferably lives within the sales territory, and is willing to stay overnight occasionally
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Proactive and able to approach customers with friendly persistence
- Enjoys selling and building long-term customer relationships
- Actively maintain and expand your network with key decision-makers in retail
