• Lead and develop the 3 functional leads (Warehousing, Transportation, Customs & Documentation).
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
• Translate the Lean & Fast Supply Chain model into a practical logistics strategy.
• Define and regularly review the global warehouse footprint and transport lanes.
• Ensure all warehouses operate to clear SLAs on inbound, storage, outbound, and value-added services.
• Guarantee high stock accuracy, strong inventory control, and structured yearly stock takes/reconciliations.
• Own the global transport strategy across air, sea, rail, express, and local delivery.
• Ensure all shipments are compliant and correctly documented across all regions.
• Work closely with Demand & Supply Planning to plan shipments ahead of goods being ready.
• Define and own the core logistics KPIs.

Head of Supply Chain

Manager

• Lead day-to-day operations and performance of all global warehouses.
• Master all warehouse digital platforms and extract clear operational insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with warehouse account managers.
• Monitor service updates, operational changes, and pricing movements.
• Oversee all inbound operations, including Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) and pre-alerts.
• Ensure proper inbound processing, receiving accuracy, timely put-away, and exception management.
• Oversee all outbound operations, ensuring service-level compliance and on-time dispatch.
• Ensure each outbound flow meets shipping rules and carrier compliance.
• Ensure full stock visibility and accuracy across all hubs.
• Run yearly stock takes with all warehouse partners and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee local road transportation from each warehouse to the final customer.
• Support rate negotiation with local carriers for cost-effective delivery.
• Run weekly KPI reviews covering SLAs, inbound/outbound timeliness, and service failures.
• Drive continuous process improvement to reduce delays and errors.
• Work with the Head of Systems to maintain full Microsoft Business Central ERP integration.
• Control all warehousing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracted T&Cs.

Global Warehousing Manager

• Lead the daily management of all freight forwarders (Ovrsea, Lyseo, FedEx, Cargo Partners, LME, Rolligh, and others)
• Move from “shopping for rates per shipment” to developing long-term partnerships with a limited number of modern and digital forwarders
• Ensure high accountability, consistent service levels, and continuous improvement with each partner
• Define and maintain air/sea/rail allocation rules based on SKU profile, volumetric logic, margins, and required lead times
• Optimize transport mode decisions using clean data, predictable rules, and scenario testing
• Maintain a dynamic digital freight cost table (weight, volume, destination, volumetric weight)
• Provide instant freight cost estimates for Planning, Procurement, and Sales
• Work closely with the Demand & Supply Planning team to plan shipments ahead of goods being ready
• Ensure instant visibility on every shipment through a TMS or modern tracking system accessible to internal teams (and eventually customers)
• Own full cost control for all transportation invoices

Global Transportation Manager

• Prepare, review, and validate all import/export documentation for global shipments.
• Ensure correct HS classifications, country of origin details, and tariff requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities in Hong Kong, China, EU, US, and other regions.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations, certifications, and product documentation.
• Investigate and resolve customs issues, holds, or disputes.
• Monitor, verify and control all customs invoices, ensuring accuracy versus contracted terms.
• Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure documentation consistency.
• Stay up to date on international customs rules, tariff changes, regulatory updates, and trade agreements.
• Use AI-powered monitoring tools to stay continuously updated on new or changing customs rules, trade regulations, tariff adjustments, or sanctions impacting Native Union’s global operations.
• Identify regulatory risks or opportunities early and translate them into clear internal actions or process updates.
• Digitalize and maintain a central HS-code database, ensuring classification consistency across all SKUs, with structured review cycles.
• Strengthen and digitalize the relationship with customs brokers, including the use of pre-clearance programmes and automated data-sharing to reduce errors, delays, and unexpected holds.
• Identify, recommend, and implement digital tools and automation to modernize documentation workflows.
• Contribute to the development of internal SOPs, training materials, and compliance playbooks.
