• Administer and maintain the organization’s web servers and cloud hosting environments, ensuring up-time, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, and website monitoring tools to ensure secure and uninterrupted web operations.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the Content Management System, including templates, plugins/modules, publishing workflows, and user access.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver user-friendly digital experiences, landing pages, and campaigns aligned with branding and organizational goals.
• Implement and monitor security best practices, including patch management, web application firewalls, DDoS protection, and identity/access controls.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), privacy regulations (CCPA), and payment/donation security requirements (PCI DSS).
• Configure and support integrations between the website and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.
• Administer web databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL); perform queries, troubleshooting, backups, and recovery.
• Develop and support APIs and integrations; optimize website performance through CDNs, caching, minification, and image optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report on web performance metrics (Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools) and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation of web processes, standards, and governance policies; liaise between IT, marketing, and external vendors.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and manage relationships with hosting providers, CMS vendors, and third-party digital service partners.
• Manage development and production environments and be willing to learn as technology changes.

Website Administrator

Project Manager

• Report to the Intermountain Region Program Manager and support private forest landowner and community engagement for fire risk reduction across southwest Idaho.
• Support private lands stewardship programs, place-based project development, and landscape-scale cross-boundary wildfire resilience efforts.
• Engage and support non-industrial private forest landowners in accessing cost share assistance programs, specifically NRCS RCPP and EQIP-related programs.
• Organize, implement, and attend local community events such as site visits, demonstrations, field trips, and town halls to promote program offerings and the All-Lands Partnership.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, nonprofit organizations, agency partners, and private landowners to implement logging, non-commercial thinning, and fuels management projects.
• Maintain, track, and submit records for private landowner stewardship programs and outcome-tracking.
• Support reporting associated with federal, state, local, and philanthropic grants.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, policy interventions, and innovations in wildfire risk reduction.
• Provide support to NFF Boise and Payette Program Coordinators for project layout, implementation, and oversight of forest treatments on National Forest lands.

• The Annual Giving Director will report to the Chief Advancement Officer, and will oversee the design, execution, and growth of the NFF’s annual giving program (gifts up to $999) and mid-level giving program ($1,000–$24,999).
• This position is responsible for using data-driven strategies to expand donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across these critical programs.
• The Director will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, build a robust mid-level giving pipeline, and work closely with the Advancement team to create seamless pathways for donors to advance into major and planned giving.
• This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser eager to take ownership of a growing program and contribute to the NFF’s national fundraising success.
• Develop and implement an integrated annual giving strategy—including direct mail, email, digital, and other channels—that drives donor acquisition, retention, and upgrading.
• Lead the development of a mid-level giving program to deepen relationships with donors giving $1,000–$24,999, with the goal of building a strong pipeline for major giving.
• Use analytics to track donor behavior, segment audiences, and test strategies to improve performance across campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing/communications team to ensure compelling messaging and branding in annual giving campaigns.
• Partner with Major Gift Officers to identify and move qualified mid-level donors into major gift portfolios.
• Oversee stewardship strategies that enhance donor loyalty and engagement at the annual and mid-level tiers.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including donor retention, revenue growth, and ROI for campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., direct mail, digital fundraising) to ensure high-quality execution and results.
• Supervise and mentor any staff, officers, or interns assigned to support annual and mid-level giving efforts.
• Maintain timely and accurate donor records and campaign analytics within CRM and other systems.
• Travel occasionally (10–15%) to represent NFF and connect with donors, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prepare invoices for reimbursable awards.
• Prepare grant workpapers and manage grant receivable schedules.
• Prepare grant financial reporting and process SF-425 federal reports and SF-270
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation and tracking work papers for advanced funds.
• Conduct accounts payable activities
• Prepare journal entries as needed.
• Manage both federal and non-federal funds with various levels of restrictions.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports as requested.
• Assist program staff to track program expenses.
• Assist with the preparation of annual grant audit workpapers including SEFA report.
• Perform day-to-day finance and accounting tasks.
• Support the Finance Team with special projects.
