About the role

  • Own the full post-sales journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes with Nagomi Security’s solutions.
  • Lead seamless onboarding experiences and technical implementation plans tailored to each client’s environment.
  • Partner with customers to define success metrics, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and own strategic account plans and foster long-term partnerships aligned to customer objectives.
  • Maintain high retention rates by proactively addressing risks and drive expansion ARR through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and conduct business reviews to showcase ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales solution alignment and serve as the customer’s voice to influence product improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver timely solutions to complex client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer success, customer success engineer, technical account management, or related role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
