Sales Engineer

• Own the Technical Sale: Act as the technical authority in prospect meetings, translating Nagomi’s Proactive Defense vision into a clear, quantifiable value proposition.
• Consultative Discovery: Go beyond the "demo script." Ask the hard questions to uncover a prospect's true pain points and determine whether they are the ideal Nagomi customer (or not).
• Architect POVs: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact POVs. You’ll help customers quickly realize the value by showing them their own data in a new light.
• Strategic Documentation: Create compelling technical briefs, RFP responses, and POV playbacks that help customers articulate the value of Nagomi.
• Be a Feedback Loop: Work closely with Product and Engineering to funnel field insights back into the roadmap, ensuring we stay ahead of customer needs.
