Full-stack Engineer

• Main goal: make n8n engineers dramatically faster by cutting local build times and feedback loops and elevating our build system & tooling across the TypeScript/Node.js pnpm monorepo.
• Local development speed & feedback loops: deliver fast incremental builds and hot-reload; streamline local setup and experiment with docker dev images; build one-command bootstrap flows for macOS/Linux.
• Build system & tooling excellence: evolve monorepo layout and package boundaries; optimize Turborepo task dependency graphs and pilot remote caching; ensure best-in-class formatting, linting and testing tools.
• Developer documentation & enablement: own and maintain Developer Guide, CONTRIBUTING.md, PR templates, and onboarding checklists; create lightweight architecture diagrams; run brown-bag sessions, office hours, and pairing to drive adoption.
• CI hygiene & friction removal: keep GitHub Actions in sync with local flows, prune redundant jobs; fix caching and artifact strategies; ensure time-to-first-green stays low without exploding CI minutes.
• Adoption & change management: lead migrations and tooling rollouts; publish RFCs and gather feedback; partner closely with Engineering Managers to sequence and prioritize work.

Senior Software Engineer, DevX

Support Engineer

• Handle escalations from Product Support, providing advanced technical assistance for Enterprise Standard customers.
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues across n8n’s ecosystem.
• Partner with Enterprise Support for high-value account incidents and with Engineering/Product teams to report, triage, and resolve product issues.
• Support Enterprise Standard customers by balancing procedural troubleshooting with customized solutions.
• Work with Docker or Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) to deploy and debug automation environments.
• Debug APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, networking issues, and PostgreSQL-related problems.
• Create and document troubleshooting steps, build internal playbooks for recurring escalations, and improve knowledge bases.
• Suggest workflow and tooling improvements to increase resolution efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Serve as a technical mentor to Product Support Engineers and participate in structured escalation workflows and incident management.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close and engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, CTOs)
• Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline (50% of pipeline is US-based)
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate n8n and ensure smooth onboarding
• Refine and shape the US sales motion, optimizing playbooks and strategies with leadership
• Be a key voice in the US expansion, helping build the foundation for future growth
• Capitalize on strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally and travel as needed
