• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
• Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
• Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
• Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
• Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
• Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
• Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
• Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)

Enterprise Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<2 500 employees | $40k-$60k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average).
• Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.
• Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding.

Operations

• Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.
• Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
• Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform revenue targets and growth initiatives.

• Your main goal will be to ensure a predictable, high-quality, and scalable support engineering operation while empowering your team to perform at their best.
• To achieve this, you’ll act as the operational backbone of your domain—owning execution, driving consistency, and continuously improving how we support our users.
• Day-to-day leadership & team enablement:
• Run weekly team meetings, share key metrics, and track OKR progress
• Manage and mentor part of the team through 1:1s, feedback, and growth support
• Escalation point to the team
• Take part on the hiring process
• Cross functional work with other team leads
• Onboard new members to the team by ensuring tools, processes and enablement needs are covered
• Queue ownership & operational excellence:

• You'll own one focused AI workstream. Depending on your level, you may lead it independently or work alongside a senior PM who acts as your primary mentor. In both cases, you’ll be close to users, close to the technology, and close to the future of AI products.
• We move quickly, care deeply about craft, and are still early enough that strong product judgment can meaningfully shape the direction of the platform.

Senior Solutions Engineer
