About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close and engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, CTOs)
- Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline (50% of pipeline is US-based)
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate n8n and ensure smooth onboarding
- Refine and shape the US sales motion, optimizing playbooks and strategies with leadership
- Be a key voice in the US expansion, helping build the foundation for future growth
- Capitalize on strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally and travel as needed
Requirements
- Must be based in NYC or Boston
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Enterprise AE role or similar closing role
- Proven success in closing technical deals, especially with developer-focused or open-source products
- Track record as a top performer (top 10% of sales team)
- Hunter mindset with proven outbound sales experience
- Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Open to traveling and able to travel to the NYC office a couple of days per month
- Authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship only to Germany; other countries require existing right to work)
