About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close and engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, CTOs)
  • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline (50% of pipeline is US-based)
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate n8n and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Refine and shape the US sales motion, optimizing playbooks and strategies with leadership
  • Be a key voice in the US expansion, helping build the foundation for future growth
  • Capitalize on strong inbound pipeline into high-value customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and travel as needed

Requirements

  • Must be based in NYC or Boston
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Enterprise AE role or similar closing role
  • Proven success in closing technical deals, especially with developer-focused or open-source products
  • Track record as a top performer (top 10% of sales team)
  • Hunter mindset with proven outbound sales experience
  • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Open to traveling and able to travel to the NYC office a couple of days per month
  • Authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship only to Germany; other countries require existing right to work)
  • Company language is English
