Client Services Representative

• Lead and support a team of Account Directors, Senior Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives, creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic counsel when required.
• Ensure the delivery of first-class client service across all accounts and projects.
• Oversee campaign delivery to ensure work is completed on brief, on time, within budget and in line with agreed profit expectations.
• Support the growth of existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase spend and strengthen client partnerships.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and support pitches, tenders and client presentations where required.
• Use data, reporting tools and client feedback to monitor performance, identify efficiencies and improve ways of working.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including Creative, Finance, Operations, Staffing and HR to ensure successful project delivery.
• Champion best practice across client servicing, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement.
• Develop, coach and motivate team members, supporting their skills, confidence and career development.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client or departmental issues, resolving challenges professionally and commercially.
