• Partner with customers at a senior level to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Act as key point of contact to oversee the delivery of client work.
• Work with internal teams to develop best-in-class campaigns, reviewing and assessing to ensure the very highest quality of output from the team.
• Manage reporting and analysis of campaigns and agency performance for client and internal review.
• Look for opportunities to promote the expansion of our business with existing clients.
• Own and deliver on commercial targets for the account; providing financial leadership to members of the Campaign Management team.
• Lead and work closely with all stakeholders on pitches, responses and submissions.
• Mentor, coach and provide best practice guidance to other team members, ensuring the success of campaigns and the development of colleagues.

• Design & Build Presentations: Help develop professional, visually stunning presentations for internal and external audiences, including pitches, reports, and campaign summaries.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues to understand project objectives and ensure all decks align with N2O’s brand, tone, and messaging.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft custom graphics, infographics, and layouts that bring data and concepts to life, supporting clear and engaging narratives.
• AI-Powered Design: Use AI-driven features (such as PowerPoint Designer, generative image tools, and smart content recommendations) to enhance visual quality, efficiency, and creativity.
• Enhance & Edit: Review, refine, and elevate existing presentations for clarity, visual appeal, and audience impact.
• Idea Generation: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorms and project kick-offs to continually push the standard of our presentations.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organise a library of templates and branded assets for consistent, efficient design across the team.
• Support Meetings & Events: Assist with preparing and organising presentation materials for key meetings and events.

Content Creator

• Create highly engaging digital content, photos and videos.
• Manage end-to-end video production: idea generation, planning, set up, filming, editing, motion graphics and delivery for all platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and scripts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Produce, direct, and shoot high-quality video content for social media, TV, and web.
• Edit and post-produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ensure video content meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Film at live events, on location, and in studios; travel to sites across the UK.
• Stay up to date with video production and filmmaking trends and apply to improve content.
