Engineer

• Lead technical deployments of Myto at customer sites from initial onboarding through production rollout.
• Work directly with manufacturing teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and deployment requirements.
• Configure, integrate, and customize Myto for customer-specific environments.
• Build lightweight tools, integrations, and automation that improve customer workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineering and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to identify product improvements based on deployment experience.
• Test new features in real customer environments and provide structured feedback before broader release.
• Help develop repeatable deployment playbooks, implementation processes, and best practices as Myto scales.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across North America.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Lead customer onboarding and guide new customers through successful implementation.
• Become a trusted advisor for manufacturing, operations, and plant leadership teams.
• Support customers in their day-to-day use of Myto and ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, training sessions, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption across additional teams, sites, and use cases.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into clear product requirements and feature recommendations.
• Work closely with product and engineering to prioritize improvements and validate new functionality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with engineering to drive timely resolutions.
• Help build scalable onboarding, training, documentation, and customer success processes as Myto grows.

Customer Success Lead

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Develop relationships with manufacturing executives, plant managers, operations leaders, and strategic partners.
• Represent Myto at conferences, trade shows, customer events, and industry associations.
• Help establish Myto as a thought leader in manufacturing AI through customer engagement, speaking opportunities, partnerships, and industry presence.
• Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, technology partners, and other ecosystem participants.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help shape product development.
• Contribute to the growth of the commercial organization as Myto scales.
