About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical deployments of Myto at customer sites from initial onboarding through production rollout.
Work directly with manufacturing teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and deployment requirements.
Configure, integrate, and customize Myto for customer-specific environments.
Build lightweight tools, integrations, and automation that improve customer workflows.
Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineering and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Partner closely with product and engineering to identify product improvements based on deployment experience.
Test new features in real customer environments and provide structured feedback before broader release.
Help develop repeatable deployment playbooks, implementation processes, and best practices as Myto scales.
Travel regularly to customer sites across North America.
