Project Manager

• Job Overview & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the implementation of a comprehensive PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for a federal government agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale PeopleSoft ERP implementations, with a specific focus on federal sector projects and a good understanding of PeopleSoft modules. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition through to system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and risk management skills to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all federal regulations and standards. . This is a REMOTE opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the federal customer, stakeholders, and the project team. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Lead the project team, providing guidance and direction to functional, technical, and change management resources. Conduct regular status meetings, prepare project reports, and provide transparent communication to all stakeholders. Implementation & Technical Oversight: Manage the end-to-end implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Billing and Project Costing for Federal) and HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Succession Planning, eCompensation, ePerformance and Pension Administration). Ensure all project activities, from requirements gathering and design to development and testing, align with the defined scope and federal requirements. Assist with the best practices Oversee system configuration and data migration efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with technical leads to manage integration points between PeopleSoft and other legacy or third-party systems. Federal Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant federal regulations and standards. Manage all project-related risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies in a timely manner. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and submitted in accordance with federal government requirements. Stakeholder & Change Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, end-users, and external partners. Develop and execute a robust change management plan to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into technical specifications.

PeopleSoft Project Manager, Federal

Accounting Manager

• Handle various financial tasks for assigned consulting projects and programs, interfacing with team members, sales and consulting staff, management, and externally as needed to complete work activities.
• Establish and maintain revenue and billing formulas.
• Monitor and maintain contract funding and modification reconciliation.
• Review and approve some opportunities/new bookings from the sales team.
• Review Estimate-At-Completion/-To Completion and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required.

Project Accounting Analyst

Customer Support

• Sales Support Representatives play a key role in supporting the Support Solutions Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• They are expected to be well-versed in company processes and provide expert assistance to sales representatives.
• Responsibilities include managing the customer database, generating quotes, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts—particularly for competitive solicitations, requests for quotes (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Sales Support Reps apply professional sales and customer service practices to meet work requirements and maintain consistent communication with sales leadership and team members.
• This role may also extend support to other sales departments and assist with marketing initiatives as needed.
• Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Research market trends and generate leads through call blitzes and promotional campaigns aligned with company initiatives.
• Support the sales team in securing business using competitive sales strategies and in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Adhere to established sales policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective customer engagement.
• Provide administrative support by generating reports, logging support tickets, and processing deals for assigned representatives and other projects.
• Create accurate sales quotes for sales representatives, management, and solicitation responses.
• Maintain and update sales opportunities in the internal CRM system (Salesforce), including transaction history and order processing.

Account Manager

• Mythics is seeking an Sales Account Representative to support product sales to Strategic Market customers.
• As an Sales Account Representative, you will help contribute to the company’s sales goals by utilizing professional sales techniques, excellent customer service, maintaining quality relationships with existing accounts, and providing sales and marketing coverage.
• Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.
• Builds and maintains quality relations with existing assigned accounts and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
• Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.
• Reevaluates work on an ongoing basis to increase market share.
• Work closely with Mythics’ account management teams to close software license and cloud sales opportunities.

Accountant

Mythics has an immediate need for a Project Accountant to join our Accounting team.
This is a REMOTE position.
The Project Accountant is responsible for handling the financial tasks associated with analysis, monitoring and reporting in support of assigned consulting projects and programs.
Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers as required.
Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met.
Monitor the status of financial accounts, ensuring that task order charges accurately reflect the correct labor hours and rates, subcontractor costs and other direct costs (ODCs).
Monitor spending versus plan and escalate any over runs/under runs.
Prepare financial reports, statements and estimates (such as 553M, 533Q, and cost estimate portion of the Task Order Plan) provided to the Government to ensure effective management.
Resolve reporting and compliance issues.
Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative and interface with various levels of management, responding to requests for financial data.
