About the role
- Develop technical RFP responses and lead detailed responses to client RFPs and RFIs for Oracle ERP opportunities
- Serve as Oracle SaaS ERP subject-matter expert supporting multiple technical efforts (1-12 months)
- Produce high-quality, customized proposals demonstrating Mythics' expertise and differentiators for public sector implementations
- Analyze client requirements and architect detailed implementation plans including scope definition, timelines, and resource estimation
- Create and deliver customized demonstrations and presentations to illustrate Oracle SaaS solutions
- Advise clients on data migration, system integration, change management, training, and project management best practices
- Work closely with sales to scope projects and provide effort estimates; act as link between sales and delivery
- Design integration strategies and coexistence plans for cloud and on-premise systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle SaaS application features and roadmaps and provide internal guidance
- Coordinate with PMO and technical teams to gather requirements and support solution development through all phases
- Perform quality assurance activities including test case definition, scenarios, and scripts
- Provide pre-sales support and maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices
- Create ERP SaaS-related technical documentation, including security policies and procedures
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence related to Oracle HCM SaaS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain US Government clearance
- 15 years of work experience specifically in technology delivery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with state, local government agencies, or educational institutions
- Demonstrated success implementing Oracle HCM solutions in multiple public sector environments
- Understanding of Oracle's on-premise E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft
- Expertise with Oracle SaaS ERP applications and cloud-native architectures
- Experience developing technical RFP/RFI responses and sales enablement materials
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, change management, and implementation methodology
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including engagements with C-level executives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to design scalable, cost-effective solutions
- Thorough understanding of public sector requirements, regulations, and compliance issues
- Experience with SLED procurement processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and publishing software
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites
- Pre-employment drug test required (including marijuana screening)
