Serve as the go-to expert on Oracle SaaS ERP and analyze client requirements to architect detailed implementation plans, including scope definition, project timelines, and resource estimation
Design solutions that are technically sound and profitable to deliver
Drive technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle through demonstrations and presentations
Lead detailed responses to client RFPs and RFIs, contributing to implementation methodology, project governance, and staffing models
Act as a hands-on consultant advising clients on data migration, system integration, and change management
Work closely with the sales team to accurately scope projects and provide detailed effort estimates
Create comprehensive proposals outlining solution scope, architecture, and implementation roadmaps
Develop strategies for integrating Oracle SaaS applications with other enterprise systems and design coexistence strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle SaaS features and roadmaps and serve as internal expert for sales and delivery teams
Coordinate with PMO and Technical Teams to gather requirements and support solution development through all phases
Perform quality assurance activities including test case definition, scenarios, and scripts
Provide pre-sales support and maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices
Create ERP SaaS-related technical documentation, including security policies and procedures
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence related to Oracle HCM SaaS in the public sector
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field and/or equivalent work experience
US Citizen with the ability to obtain US Government clearance
15 years of work experience specifically in technology delivery
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with state, local government agencies, or educational institutions
Demonstrated success implementing Oracle HCM solutions in multiple public sector environments
Understanding of Oracle's on-premise E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft and Oracle SaaS ERP Applications
Experience with state, local, and education (SLED) procurement processes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to design scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions
Thorough understanding of public sector requirements, regulations, and compliance issues
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and publishing software
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test (marijuana will be screened)
