Procurement

• Source, negotiate and structure technology agreements that create strong value for CoreTrust, its members and suppliers
• Contribute to and execute multi‑year category strategies for the technology portfolio aligned to business goals, member needs, and market dynamics
• Conduct market, competitive, and supplier analysis to inform portfolio direction, expansion opportunities, and investment prioritization
• Lead supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting to secure differentiated commercial structures and value‑added benefits for members
• Participate in end‑to‑end offering development, from concept and design through sourcing, contracting, and transition to go‑to‑market execution
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Operations to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
• Serve as the portfolio subject matter expert in support of sales efforts, member engagement, and internal enablement
• Own category/supplier financial performance, including revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, expansion opportunities, and long‑term value creation

Senior Category Manager, Technology

Administration

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Ironclad contract workflows to support Category Managers
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on existing contracts and ensure metadata fields are accurate and up-to-date
• Ensure complex contract structures are correctly mapped to parent agreements to maintain a "Single Source of Truth"
• Prepare and deliver complete, vetted contract packages to Portfolio Operations
• Maintain and update the Contract Tracker with real-time contract status and key milestones.
• Proactively coordinate with Portfolio Ops and Accounting to complete Contract updates
• Negotiate member NDAs and other onboarding contracts, as needed
• Directly handle drafting and processing of member-specific pricing amendments
• Manage "in-flight" contract updates and administrative amendments to facilitate renewals
• Support Portfolio Ops with upcoming price change updates and contract summary sheets
• Collaborate closely with the Legal to facilitate and streamline contract processing
• Manage version control and circulation of drafts and redlines during the negotiation phase
• Schedule "Legal-to-Legal" calls to resolve outstanding disputes

Contract Administrator

Product Manager

• Perform deep-dive analysis into existing system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations across the product ecosystem, particularly in Salesforce
• Document current-state processes, data flows, and system interactions, identifying gaps, redundancies, and manual workarounds
• Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Translate complex technical and operational findings into clear documentation, diagrams, and recommendations that can be consumed by both technical and non-technical audiences
• Surface automation and integration opportunities that align to product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Identify integration opportunities between systems to improve data consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Support evaluation of how existing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, contract management, analytics, portals) can be better leveraged to solve business problems
• Work collaboratively in our product operating model in which we enable continuous discovery and delivery of solutions that achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Own the product and integration strategy for the systems and workflows you analyze
• Partner with Engineering to shape solutions, define scope, and make tradeoff decisions
• Convert discovery outputs into well-defined backlogs, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans

• Leads data analytics projects to build innovative and highly available solutions while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
• Mentor other members in the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE)
• Develop and assist with oversight on the data catalog and data visualization software
• Drive data & analytics solutions from conception to deployment / delivery with clear ROI impact
• Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant business and tech stakeholders and business functions

• Work cross functionally to translate business problems into solutions that can be solved and informed by data and automated with AI Agents.
• Have curiosity and apply analytical skills to dive deep into data to find key insights that impact the business.
• Develop models of usage, user behavior & business behavior to make recommendations and influence the product road map.
• Be a champion of AB testing. Design, execute and analyze experiments to prove product change attribution.
• Utilize tools like SQL, Python, LLMs and platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Amazon Bedrock to execute analysis and create AI applications.
• Track and monitor projects in JIRA.
• Design, implement, and maintain analytics, models and LLM-driven scripts/software.
