About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR adds measurable value to business outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders to foster a growth-oriented culture that supports collaboration across remote, hybrid, and on-site teams operating in multiple time zones.
  • Support organizational change initiatives that drive adaptability and resilience.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, embedding company values into policies, programs, and leadership practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and design efficient hiring processes.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for key roles (sourcing, interviewing, offers).
  • Collaborate with external recruiters and platforms to scale hiring globally.
  • Own end-to-end payroll process (US), ensuring accurate and timely execution in partnership with HRIS (BambooHR).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR), payroll systems, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Culpepper).
  • Direct experience with payroll administration (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
