Account Executive

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value new-customer deals.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Lead direct sales efforts and channel-driven initiatives to expand reach and accelerate revenue.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and translate them into tailored solution strategies.
• Prepare business cases, solution briefs, presentations, demos, proposals, license agreements, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams for pipeline and onboarding alignment.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
• Apply a structured sales process, deliver tailored demonstrations, and present ROI-focused value propositions.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customer advocates and manage post-sale activities with Customer and Accounting teams.
• Contribute field insights to go-to-market strategy and support marketing campaigns and events.
• Become knowledgeable on the NorthStar CCM platform to deliver user experience demonstrations.
