Financial Planning and Analysis

• Help fuel Mural’s global growth by transforming data into clear, actionable insights and advising on GTM investments
• Business Partnership: Support business partners in tracking, forecasting and analyzing operational expenses and own the monthly and quarterly BvA process for the GTM organization
• Support deployment of marketing spend and maintain sales capacity models
• Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes
• Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs; prepare insights for variance and key meetings
• Run cross-functional initiatives that improve data-driven insights or company efficiency
• Communicate findings to FP&A management, functional managers and directors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Department leaders on variance analysis, monthly finance deck, unit economics and forecast updates
• Provide monthly analysis of SaaS metrics and peer benchmarking
• Build, develop and maintain financial models that forecast and measure the performance of GTM operations; perform ad-hoc analysis as required

Senior Financial Analyst

Solutions Engineer

• Become a Mural Expert: Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to effectively tackle the unique and varied issues our customers may encounter.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their unique business needs, challenges, and workflows. You'll translate those needs into compelling Mural-based solutions. Establish deep and trusting relationships with crucial stakeholders (including senior leaders) at the customer's organization, particularly in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Inspire with Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, persuasive product demonstrations that showcase the transformative power of visual collaboration with Mural. You'll focus on how Mural solves specific business problems and drives measurable outcomes.
• Drive Adoption and Expansion: Partner with account teams to guide successful onboarding, drive product adoption within key business units, and identify opportunities for expansion. Serve as a reliable technical advisor to account teams, overseeing post-sale onboarding of the product for customers, driving select implementations, and ensuring smooth handoffs to Solutions Delivery Consultants for large-scale projects, and to Customer Support for minor implementations and routine troubleshooting.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to provide customer feedback, address technical requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Security & Compliance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
• Advise Product Marketing on language that resonates with technical buyers, thereby advancing go-to-market positioning and messaging. Regularly contribute to the team by helping to develop new processes, proposing solutions to process bottlenecks or product limitations, and establishing and documenting best practices learned from our customers.

Sales Development Rep

• Needs Identification: Be the first point of contact for customers coming to Mural for the first time. You’ll be tasked with engaging them either via a call, email, or chat to understand how we can best support them. You’ll also be responsible for making sure they are introduced to the correct people within our team.
• Source Discovery Meetings: Proactively reach out to customers via chat, email, and phone that have engaged with us. Effectively communicate with prospective customers to generate interest and secure appointments.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, activities, and meeting outcomes in Salesforce.

Sales Development Representative

Social Media Manager

• You will own and advance Mural’s social media presence through the meticulous development and management of our content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging stream of content across platforms.
• You'll be the guardian of our brand's voice and tone across all social channels, crafting compelling narratives and eye-catching visuals that resonate with our B2B audience.
• Leveraging your deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices, storytelling, AI-driven content creation, and emerging trends, you will lead the development of compelling visuals, videos, and narratives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.
• You will utilize audience insights for each platform to ensure our messaging reaches the right audience, through the most effective channels, at the perfect time.
• This role is ideal for an organized self-starter with a passion for storytelling and a knack for captivating audiences.
• You'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, orchestrating the distribution of a wide variety of content, analyzing performance, and continually optimizing our approach to drive engagement and leads.
• Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Communications, you will support the end-to-end social media content development process, from ideation to distribution, within our growing content ecosystem.
• Produce, curate, and oversee the social media distribution of all published content (images, videos, blogs, articles and audio) that captures attention and aligns with our brand and customer targeting strategies.
• Own and manage the end-to-end social media content calendar, from ideation and planning to scheduling and publishing across all platforms.
• Use our robust stack of AI-powered tools and platforms to brainstorm, create, and optimize content quickly and efficiently, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, targeted material.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media communications.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users, while cultivating marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and traffic to the company website.
• Analyze social media data and metrics, reporting on performance and deriving actionable insights to optimize future content and strategies.

• Leverage Hootsuite to develop a pipeline of shareable owned and third party content, enabling employees to actively promote and represent our brand.
