About the role
- Needs Identification: Be the first point of contact for customers coming to Mural for the first time. You’ll be tasked with engaging them either via a call, email, or chat to understand how we can best support them. You’ll also be responsible for making sure they are introduced to the correct people within our team.
- Source Discovery Meetings: Proactively reach out to customers via chat, email, and phone that have engaged with us. Effectively communicate with prospective customers to generate interest and secure appointments.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, activities, and meeting outcomes in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6+ months proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, Sales Development, or account executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Pocus, Salesforce, Chilipiper, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator, Drift, Qualified, Intercom
- Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus
