A leading construction services provider is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver successful construction projects in the Louisville, KY area. This role provides overall leadership and administration across projects, serving as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, proven construction management experience, and the ability to drive projects to completion with safety, quality, and client satisfaction at the forefront.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subordinate managers and supervisors.
Enforce company and project policies while maintaining close client relationships.
Oversee all facets of project execution to ensure compliance with contracts, design, and safety standards.
Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and scheduling with input from supervisors and subcontractors.
Serve as the company’s representative with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Actively contribute to new business development by fostering client relationships.
Review new project opportunities and assist with estimating processes.
Coordinate subcontractors continuously and oversee self-performed operations.
Promote and enforce safety practices daily.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of field experience in construction project management.
Design-Build project experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management practices.
Advanced management or technical training preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HH2, Plangrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage is a plus.
Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
